Due to the physical nature of international archive research, a standard dossier requires 4 to 6 months. Pilgrimages are typically scheduled 8 to 12 months in advance.
We vet all commissions during the Evaluation phase. If we determine that records were destroyed (e.g., during war) and tracing is mathematically improbable, we will decline the commission before any retainer is paid.
Absolutely. We operate under strict Swiss privacy laws. DNA data is analyzed on disconnected servers and destroyed completely upon delivery of the Dossier.
